The Continuing Anglican Church’s journey began in 1921. Our conviction to faithfully continue to share the richness of the love of God in an ever-changing world, through the expression of our beloved traditional Anglican faith, remains as true today as it did in 1921.

We, the Continuing Anglican Church arrived at a PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT with the Worldwide Anglican Church on Sept 18th, 2019.
We, the Continuing Anglican Church and the Worldwide Anglican Church agreed that the two churches retain (1) common explanatory on the division in the mutual records, (2) mutual cooperation and protect the good name of our mutual Apostolic Succession and Founding Fathers, and (3) ensure the freedom of spontaneous transfer of all clergies regardless of rank.

“CONCORDAT OF INTERCOMMUNION We, The Most Rev. Eric Escala, Archbishop of The Anglican Orthodox Episcopal Church and The Most Rev. Isaac Sato, Archbishop and Primate of The Continuing Anglican Church do hereby enter into a Concordat of Intercommunion between our two faith communities, each a part of the Body of Christ. 21st August 2019“

The Continuing Anglican Church Consistory, on August 12th, 2019, elected The Most Revd Isaac Shunsuke Sato of Japan, in accordance with the Constitution and Canons of the Continuing Anglican Church, to Archbishop Primus inter pares and Primate of the Continuing Anglican Church.
